Silicon solar module encapsulation process:
the intermediate component is single cell welded together by metal conduction belt, EVA is on both sides of cells, upper and lower, the top is low-tempered iron glass, the back is TPT. Stacking layers of material according to good order, putting into a vacuum laminator for hot lamination. The glass with high transmittance, and long-term exposure to UV does not change color. EVA adding UV curing agent, forming a certain flexibile protective layer during hot laminating, and to ensure that the cells ate in close contact with the glass. TPT has qualityof anti- moisture, anti-corrosion. After lamination, with seal arround, fitting with anodized aluminum frame and junction box, that is, a finished module. Finally, inspection and testing module need to be made, testing mainly including the open circuit voltage, short circuit current, fill factor and maximum output power.
